In 1997 Smith Phillips Building Supply began operating an on-site Cut-To-Size division with a focus on furniture cut production and products for the transportation seating industry.

Smith Phillips Building Supply uses state of the art CNC Machining for superior accuracy and repeatability. Using CAD/CAM Software we have the ability to convert customer electronic files, a hard copy or a template into a finished product. We offer our customers a wide variety of Panel products both Domestic and Import ranging from Wood to Plastic to MDF and Melamine. Upon completion, regional orders are shipped via the Smith Phillips in-house fleet.

Cut-to-Size has a long history of helping our Builders with custom woodworking capabilities, able to provide custom exterior shutters, fluted boards, raised panels (pvc or mdf) for exterior use, pre-cut built in shelf kits, signage, architectural accents in cedar and fir, and a variety of other capabilities, just call and see what we can do.
