In 1997 Smith Phillips Building Supply began operating an on-site Cut-to-Size division with a focus on furniture cut production and products for the transportation seating industry.

Smith Phillips uses state-of-the-art CNC machining for superior accuracy and repeatability. Using CAD/CAM software, we have the ability to convert customer electronic files, hard copies or templates into finished product. We offer our customers a wide variety of panel products, both domestic and import, including wood, plastic, MDF and melamine.

Our Cut-to-Size shop has a history of helping our builders with custom woodworking including exterior shutters, fluted boards, raised panels for exterior use, pre-cut built-in shelf kits, signage, architectural accents in cedar and fir and a variety of other capabilities.
